Lamb McErlane Partner Max O’Keefe Appointed Solicitor of the Chester County Hero Fund
Lamb McErlane PC partner Max O’Keefe has been appointed Solicitor of the Chester County Hero Fund, a non-profit organization that provides necessary financial assistance to the widows, children, and families who are left with little or no support when a police officer, deputy sheriff, firefighter, emergency medical technician, paramedic or state trooper loses his/her life or is seriously injured in the line of duty.
At Lamb McErlane, Max is a partner in the litigation and municipal practice groups. Max handles a wide variety of municipal, land use, property tax, administrative and environmental law matters, and advises townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities, as well as corporations and individuals. Max presently serves as the solicitor for the Borough of Downingtown, the Downingtown Municipal Water Authority, the Township of Sadsbury and the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department.
In the community, Max is a member of the Chester County Opportunities Industrialization Center (CCOIC), a non-profit community-based organization that opens opportunities for economically disadvantaged individuals to prepare for sustainable employment and financial independence through education, training and support services. He is also a Board Member for the Chester County Bar Association, the Chester County Robert E. Stively Inn of Court, and the Philadelphia Film Society.
