Lamb McErlane Partner Maureen M. McBride Moderates PA Appellate Courts Review at the PBA’s Midyear Meeting

Lamb McErlane PC partner Maureen M. McBride was a moderator for the program, Pennsylvania Appellate Courts Review, at the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Bench Bar 2026 Midyear Meeting. Maureen joined a distinguished panel of judges and court personnel, who provided a review of Pennsylvania Appellate Court cases and details on the appellate process. Panelists included Hon. Debra Todd, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pa.; Hon. Renée Cohn Jubelirer, President Judge, Commonwealth Court of Pa.; Philip Yoon, Chief Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of Pa., and Terry F. Sachs, General Counsel, Supreme Court of Pa.

During the program, Maureen led the discussion on key aspects of appellate procedural insights, and emerging trends affecting appeals.  Her role as moderator facilitated an engaging and informative dialogue for attorneys, judges, and legal professionals in attendance.

At Lamb McErlane, Maureen is co-chair of the firm’s Appellate Department, and a member of the Litigation Department and Executive Committee. She concentrates her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Maureen is co-chair for the PBA’s Appellate Advocacy Committee, a member of the PBA’s Appellate Practice Committee, and Chair of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas Local Rules Committee.
