Lamb McErlane partner Mary-Ellen Allen was a presenter at the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) Spring Bench Bar Conference.

Mary-Ellen’s presentation included recent employment law updates including the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed rule regarding non-compete agreements, the National Labor Relations Board’s recent decision regarding confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions in severance agreements, as well as updates regarding discrimination and overtime laws. She co-presented with Brian Boreman, Esq.

At Lamb McErlane, Mary-Ellen is co-chair of the Employment Law Department and a member of the litigation department. She concentrates her practice in employment law and commercial litigation.
