Lamb McErlane Partner Daniel R. Bush presents at a Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Seminar
On March 28, 2014, Daniel R. Bush, partner at Lamb McErlane PC in West Chester, PA, presented at the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ seminar on “Litigating Sex Offenses in State Court – A Comprehensive Overview”.
The seminar was held at the Radisson Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA. The Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is a group comprised of law students and attorneys admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania who are actively engaged in the defense of criminal cases.
At Lamb McErlane Dan heads the Criminal Law section of Lamb McErlane’s Litigation Department. In the criminal law arena, Dan has defended clients against allegations of all levels of felony and misdemeanor charges. His courtroom experience as a defense attorney includes defense of charges ranging from felonies including homicide, rape, burglary, robbery, white-collar crime and aggravated assault to misdemeanors of DUI, theft and drug-related offenses.
