Joel L. Frank Named a SmartCEO 2014 Power Player Award Finalist – Attorney of the Year

Joel L. Frank, Managing Partner and Executive Committee Chairman of Lamb McErlane PC, a full service law firm headquartered in West Chester, PA, has been named a SmartCEO 2014 Power Player Award Finalist for Attorney of the Year.

The SmartCEO 2014 Power Player Award finalists are individuals who represent the best and brightest in the region — the impact players that any CEO can count on to help them grow their business. Awards will be presented to attorneys, accountants, and bankers that have made an outstanding impact on their clients’ businesses. This year’s finalists will be profiled in the September/October issue of SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at an awards ceremony on Thursday, September 11, 2014.

At Lamb McErlane Mr. Frank concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts. He is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and since 2005 annually has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for general litigation. A Super Lawyer is an annual recognition obtained by only 5% of Pennsylvania’s attorneys. Mr. Frank has also regularly been named a Top Lawyer in Main Line Today magazine. He received his JD from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.

Joel is Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission which regulates boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing and professional wrestling in the Commonwealth. He is also servinga two year term as the Chairman of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to fighting and finding a cure for pediatric cancer) and as the long-time Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County and the Chester County Police Chiefs Association.
