West Chester, PA- Lamb McErlane is pleased to announce Dawson “Rich” Muth has been elected to the Firm’s Executive Committee. Rich is a Partner at Lamb McErlane and concentrates his practice in criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury.

On the Firm’s Executive Committee, Rich joins Managing Partner and Executive Committee Chair, Joel L. Frank along with Partners Vince T. Donohue, Maureen M. McBride and John J. Cunningham IV.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane Rich was a named partner at Goldberg & Muth for 16 years. Rich served as the elected District Judge for the Borough of West Chester for ten years and was the first District Judge appointed by the PA Supreme Court to the Court of Judicial Discipline.

Lamb McErlane recently merged with McMichael, Heiney & Sebastian, LLC, (MHS) a well-established law firm in Oxford. The firm will operate under the name of Lamb McErlane PC and have 44 attorneys with offices in West Chester, Philadelphia, Newtown Square and Oxford, PA.
