On October 25, 2012, Daniel R. Bush presented to other lawyers and judges in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s CLE “Effective Use of Suppression Motions in Criminal Court.”Also serving on the faculty panel with Mr. Bush were Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge Karen Yvette Simmons, Philadelphia County Deputy District Attorney Jodi Lobel and Debra D. Rainey, Esquire.
