McClintock Speaks at Chester County Secretaries in Government Association Meeting
September 25, 2012 – Robert T. McClintock, an associate in the Lamb McErlane PC Municipal practice was the guest speaker at the Chester County Secretaries in Government Association meeting. His focus was on discussing, current municipal issues with the Right-to-Know Law, preservation of rights on appeal of denial of record requests, conversion of records to public records when considered by elected officials and charging and collection of fees for providing public records.
Chester County Secretaries in Government Association, part of the Chester County Association of Township Officials was founded in 1907. The Association’s mission is to promote a better knowledge of the rights and duties of Township Officials by comparing experiences and sharing ideas and to get to know one another through friendly communication.
At Lamb McErlane, Robert practices in the areas of municipal law and land use. Robert handles a variety of municipal, land use and administrative law matters including municipal collection law. He is a graduate of Immaculata University and The Widener University School of Law.
