Will is an associate in Lamb McErlane’s litigation group, working out of the firm’s Philadelphia office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation and defamation, representing individuals as well as local, national and international businesses in a wide array of contract and tort disputes.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Will worked for a Philadelphia-based litigation boutique firm, litigating a wide range of complex and commercial disputes in the state and federal trial and appellate courts. As co-counsel, Will assisted in securing multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients in high-profile defamation, legal malpractice and wrongful use of process actions, among various other matters.
Will received his undergraduate degree in political science from University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as Articles Editor for the prestigious Journal of Law and Commerce.
Prior to entering private practice, Will served as senior judicial clerk to the esteemed Honorable R. Stanton Wettick, Jr. in the Commerce and Complex Litigation Center of Pennsylvania’s Fifth Judicial District. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

- *New developments in the Ellen Greenberg case.In 2011 Ellen Greenberg was found dead with 20 stab wounds. Her death was initially ruled a homicide, then reclassified as a suicide. The pathologist who ruled Ellen Greenberg’s 2011 death by 20 stab wounds a homicide then switched it to suicide, now believes her death “should be designated as something other than suicide.” Lamb McErlane attorney William H. Trask and partner Joseph R. Podraza, Jr. represent Ellen Greenberg’s parents.

- On Jan. 26, 2011, Ellen Greenberg, 27, was found dead by her fiancé in the kitchen of her apartment on Flat Rock Road in Philadelphia. The first-grade teacher had suffered 20 stab wounds. In 2018, the investigation was turned over to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office for review. The investigation was then turned over to Chester County detectives in August 2022 in order to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest. Chesco DA now says there is not enough evidence for charges in Ellen Greenberg’s death. In response to this, Trask was interviewed by NBC Philadelphia, 6ABC and CBS News Philadelphia.
