Nicholas M. Orloff

Nicholas M. Orloff concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Estate Administration at Lamb McErlane’s Media, PA location.

Nick has vast experience advising individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of Estate Planning matters.  These include asset protection strategies utilizing wills, trusts and powers of attorney.

For Estate Administration matters, Nick counsels Executors and Trustees on the petitions, documents and tax returns necessary to complete probate or the settlement of a Trust.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Nick practiced at law firms in Philadelphia and Media, where he specialized in complex litigation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, in addition to serving as outside counsel for various governmental agencies.  Nick also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney for Delaware County. Nick currently serves as a Hearing Officer in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas for Dependency Matters.

Nick earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law.  He was Valedictorian of his Widener Law graduating class and was a member of its Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.  Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.

Nick is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Delaware County Estate Planning Council, Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board, Greater Springfield Business Association, and the Springfield Athletic Association.

Nick was voted a 2025 Top Lawyer of Delaware County in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
