Li is an associate attorney at Lamb McErlane in the Litigation department.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane Li was a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Honorable Mark A. Kearney’s Chambers, as well as a Summer Intern at a mid-sized law firm.
Li’s academic journey highlights her broad intellectual curiosity and hones her research and writing skills. After earning her Ph.D. degree, from The Ohio State University, Li continued her research as an independent researcher conducting rigorous analyses of governmentality in China and Chinese society. During this period, Li’s passion for understanding rule of law became evident, leading her to embark on a legal studies journey.
Li completed her legal education at the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. At Villanova, she served as an editor of the Environmental Law Journal and worked as a student attorney at the law school’s Tax Clinic assisting low-income taxpayers in tax disputes with the IRS. In addition, Li was the Treasurer of Villanova’s Asian Pacific American Law
Students Association (VAPALSA).

In her free time, Li enjoys hiking and identifying wild mushrooms.
