Dennis C. Vondran Jr.

Dennis focuses his practice representing individuals in Orphans’ Court matters including Guardianships for Incapacitated Persons or Minors, Will Contests, and Fiduciary litigation including Power of Attorneys and Estate Administrators.  Dennis has successfully obtained the appointment of Guardians for individuals as well as contested or defended clients in the management of Estates.

In addition to his Orphans’ Court litigation practice, Dennis is an Estate Planning attorney with the firm’s Estate Planning and Trust Department and assists clients for their estate planning needs as well as the administration of Estates.  Dennis has extensive experience pursuing Medicaid benefits for individuals who require nursing home care through the Pennsylvania Department Human Services.  This experience allows him to provide unique insights into the estate planning needs of his clients as well as with the administration of estates.

A member of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Chester County Bar Association, Dennis graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Honors, from Ursinus College with a B.A. in Politics and a minor in International Relations.  While at Ursinus College, Dennis was selected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honors Society), and Pi Gamma Mu (International Honor Society in Social Science).

Dennis earned his Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Widener Law School, Delaware in 2009.  At Widener Law School, Dennis was a member of the Widener Law Review in which he was selected as the 2007-2008 Outstanding Staff Member and served as an Articles Editor for the 2008-2009 volume.
