Anna A. O’Brien

Anna is an associate attorney at Lamb McErlane in the Litigation department. She has experience in a variety of areas at trial and appellate levels of civil litigation, including trial practice and preparation, motions practice, deposing fact witnesses, consulting with expert witnesses, propounding and responding to discovery, and participating in settlement negotiations.

Anna previously served as a summer associate at Lamb McErlane and completed an Internship at the Chambers of the late Hon. Berle M. Schiller, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA in Philadelphia.

While attending Villanova Law School, Anna was the Vice Chairperson of the Murphy Family Endowed Moot Court Board. Anna was the first-place winner of the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition at Villanova Law. She also placed as a semi-finalist in the 8th Annual Notre Dame Law School Religious Freedom Moot Court Competition.

Anna earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and practices at the firm’s West Chester East location.
