Robert A. Alston Appointed by the Court to Serve as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Commerce Court of the First Judicial District
Lamb McErlane PC attorney Robert A. Alston (Bob) has been appointed by the Court to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Commerce Court of the First Judicial District. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Major Case Jury Civil docket’s mandatory pre-trial Settlement Conferences.
A Judge Pro Tempore principally serves as a mediator in the Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
