Lamb McErlane PC attorney Robert A. Alston (Bob) has been appointed by the Court to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Commerce Court of the First Judicial District. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Major Case Jury Civil docket’s mandatory pre-trial Settlement Conferences.

A Judge Pro Tempore principally serves as a mediator in the Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program.

For years he has regularly served as an American Arbitration Association Neutral arbitrator, privately judging business and employment cases.
