Lawrence Persick elected to the Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Family Law Section and will serve on the Section’s Rules Committee
West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is proud to announce that Lawrence (Skip) Persick was elected to the Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Family Law Section and to the Section’s Rules Committee. His responsibilities will include planning the upcoming PBA section meetings and advising the state legislature on family law issues. He will also serve on the PBA Family Law Section’s Family Court Rules Committee.
The PBA Section on Family Law concentrates on the development and practical working of the law relating to marriage, divorce, non-support and domestic relations generally, as well as the law relating to adoption and juvenile delinquency.
“Skip will be a tremendous asset to the PBA Family Law Council and Rules Committee,” remarked Lamb McErlane PC managing partner Joel L. Frank. “His extensive family law background and enthusiastic, goal oriented demeanor will bring great value to the PBA.”
At Lamb McErlane Mr. Persick concentrates his practice in family law, divorces, custody disputes and adoptions. His experience also includes cases dealing with juvenile dependency and the termination of parental rights. He is credited for his ability to resolve complex family law issues. He also serves as co-chair of the Chester County Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
