Lamb McErlane Welcomes Partner Christopher P. Gerber
Lamb McErlane PC announces Christopher P. Gerber has joined the firm as a partner. Chris has a strong record of success, representing and advising public and private employers with civil rights, labor and employment matters. He represents several police departments, municipalities and educational institutions, and advises townships, boroughs, regional police commissions and their staff on risk management, policy drafting and training.
Chris is renowned around the commonwealth and is a featured speaker and author on issues that impact police management and liability on behalf of municipal organizations such as the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) and the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB). He serves as an associate member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association.

Chris earned his JD from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Chris will be based at the firm’s West Chester East location.
