Lamb McErlane PC partner Stacey W. McConnell will be a co-presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) Estate and Trust Law Institute virtual event on November 5, 2020. She will be presenting on ethical considerations in determining the capacity of an estate planning client and also ethical considerations in communicating with a client with diminished capacity.

Stacey is an Estate Planning attorney in Lamb McErlane’s West Chester, PA location. She chairs the firm’s Estate Planning and Trusts Department and has been in private practice in the Philadelphia area for over 30 years representing both individuals and institutions.

Her practice focuses on estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, charitable giving, and sophisticated wealth preservation and transfer techniques.
