Lamb McErlane PC Partner Lawrence “Skip” Persick Presents at the PBA’s Family Law Section’s Summer Meeting
West Chester, PA- Lamb McErlane PC partner Lawrence “Skip” Persick was recently a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Family Law Section’s Summer Meeting. Skip presented on a panel regarding the intersection of Children and Youth Cases with Adult Family Court. Children and Youth matters are intersecting with adult family court more often. The panel discussed the differences and overlaps of dependency court, abuse investigations, and mandatory reporting. It also included how to access children and youth files and how to effectively utilize the information within them, as well as what to consider when deciding between a dependency action and a third party custody action.
Skip is a partner at Lamb McErlane and is credited for his ability to efficiently and discreetly resolve complex family law issues. He represents clients involved in divorces, custody disputes, child support matters and adoptions. He is a member of the PBA’s Family Law Section Council, Co-Chair of the Family Law Section’s Legislative Committee, and the Orphans’ Court Rules Committee for the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County.
