Lamb McErlane PC Partner Katie LaDow Appointed to the Board of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry

Lamb McErlane PC partner Katherine ‘Katie’ LaDow has been appointed to the Board of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry (CCCBI). In this role, Katie will work alongside local business leaders to support CCCBI’s mission of promoting economic growth, advocacy, and community development in Chester County.
This appointment continues a long tradition of Lamb McErlane attorneys serving in leadership roles with the CCCBI, including Managing Partner Joel L. Frank, partner Vince T. Donohue, firm founder Jim McErlane, and former firm partner, Judge William Mahon. Frank previously served as President of the Board and Donohue as a former president of the CCCBI Foundation. Over the years they have contributed their time and expertise as board members, reinforcing the firm’s ongoing commitment to advancing the region’s business community.
At Lamb McErlane, Katie is a partner in the litigation department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of state and federal civil litigation, government liability and civil rights defense, employment, personal injury and municipal litigation. She represents individuals, small and large businesses, and municipalities in a wide array of contract, civil rights, employment and tort-based disputes.
Beyond her legal practice, Katie is actively engaged in a variety of professional organizations. Katie was recently appointed to the Board of the Chester County Library Trust and is a member of the CCCBI Women Influencing Business Council. She serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the Greater Philadelphia Salute to Women of Achievement March of Dimes and is a Board Member for Plantation Field Equestrian Events, Inc. Additionally, she was a former Board Member and Secretary for the CCCBI Foundation and was named the 2025 Rising Star of the Year by the CCCBI at its inaugural Business Excellence Awards.
