Lamb McErlane PC Partner James C. Sargent Appointed a Member of the West Chester Railroad Restoration Committee

Lamb McErlane PC partner James (Jim) Sargent has been appointed a member of the West Chester Railroad Restoration Committee. The mission of the committee is to discuss topics and solutions related to restoring commuter rail service in West Chester, PA.
At Lamb McErlane Jim is Co-Chair of Lamb McErlane’s Appellate Advocacy Group and Litigation Department. He has represented major national and multinational manufacturers in litigation and appeals involving class action, product liability, taxation, warranty, fraud, employment and consumer protection law claims.
Jim’s practice regularly includes commercial contracts, real estate and banking law, construction litigation, restrictive covenants, and employment contracts. He also offers mediation services in commercial/construction/business ownership disputes.
Jim is very involved in the Chester County community, he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Chester County History Center, formally the Chester County Historical Society. He was most recently appointed a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civility in the Profession Committee.
