Patricia (Pat) S. Klim, paralegal at Lamb McErlane PC presented the CLE ‘Appellate Practice for Paralegals’ at the Chester County Paralegal Association (CCPA).  The presentation included in depth information on the identification and preservation of issues in the trial court, details on what orders can be appealed, appellate court filings for the Superior and Supreme Court, and remand of the record after a decision is made by the appellate court.

Pat is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal and was recently appointed as a secondary representative to the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA).
