Lamb McErlane PC Chairman Joel Frank Serves as the 2021 Commencement Speaker at PALCS
Lamb McErlane PC Chairman and Managing Partner Joel L. Frank was the 2021 Commencement Speaker at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School’s (PALCS) 17th annual graduation ceremony. Joel spoke to the graduates on the importance of leadership, being impactful and having excellent communication skills. In the well-received address, Joel advised the students to keep an open mind in life, be respectful of others, be impactful and to go lead.

At Lamb McErlane Joel concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, attorney and judicial discipline and ethical matters, as well as election law. Joel provides counseling to a number of corporate clients and often serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
Joel recently served as a moderator at the Capital Analytics Associates Invest: Philadelphia 2021 Conference and was also a panelist at the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry’s and Chester County Bar Association’s webinar ‘Finding a Lawyer’. He is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for general litigation every year starting in 2005, an annual recognition obtained by only 5% of Pennsylvania’s attorneys.
Joel is highly regarded for his service and leadership roles in numerous business, civic and charitable organizations. He serves on several boards of directors including the National Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia (Philadelphia Zoo) and the Board of Directors of Mid-Penn Bank. He is also a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission.
