The Pennsylvania State Senate confirmed Lamb McErlane PC Chairman and Managing Partner Joel L. Frank for his third four year term as a Commissioner on the State Athletic Commission. Governor Tom Corbett (R) nominated Joel for his initial term and Governor Tom Wolf (D) nominated Joel for his second and third terms. There are three commissioners on the State Athletic Commission which oversees boxing, mixed martial arts, kick-boxing and wrestling of professionals and amateurs throughout the Commonwealth. Joel is actively involved in the community serving on the boards of the Philadelphia Zoo, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Mid-Penn Bank and the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry.
