Lamb McErlane attorney Katherine E. (Katie) LaDow was a featured Emerging Leader in the 2017 Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry (CCCBI) guide. Katie is a member of the CCCBI Emerging Leaders Committee.
For LaDow, the most important aspect of being a leader is bringing out the full potential in others. “Whether through constructive criticism or acknowledgment, a leader must inspire, empower and instill confidence in those he or she leads. A leader should also be a role model – not only in the workplace, but also in the community,” LaDow said.
Emerging Leaders of Chester County is a professional development program aimed at providing its members with a greater view of the local business community. The mission of which is to promote the professional growth of young professionals in Chester County.
Katie is an associate at Lamb McErlane in the litigation department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of state civil litigation, family law and health law.
