Lamb McErlane PC attorney Darren Smith presented on a panel regarding Lobbying Regulations at the State and Local level for the Buck’s County Bar Association on August 15, 2018. The CLE course provided an overview of considerations for lobbying at the state and local level in Pennsylvania, including rules specific to Philadelphia. Topics also covered were lobbying registration and regulation, campaign finance regulation, and limitations on gifts and gratuities to public officials.

Darren is Of Counsel at Lamb McErlane PC.  Darren also serves as a lobbyist at Wojdak Government Relations in Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Darren began his career as an attorney at a large law firm where he represented public sector clients in labor, employment, and general litigation matters.
