Lamb McErlane PC partner Katie LaDow was honored as Rising Star of the Year by The Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI) at the inaugural Business Excellence Awards luncheon. Over two hundred members, friends of the Chamber and community leaders gathered to celebrate the honorees.

At Lamb McErlane, Katie is a partner in the litigation department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of state and federal civil litigation, government liability and civil rights defense, employment, personal injury and municipal litigation.  She represents individuals, small and large businesses, and municipalities in a wide array of contract, civil rights, employment and tort-based disputes.

Her professional affiliations include being a member of the Chester County, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.

In 2022, Katie was named a VISTA Millennial Superstar. Katie is also a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star, only 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys are recognized. She has also been named a Main Line Today Top Lawyer, a Suburban Life Top Attorney and a ‘Best Lawyer’ in Chester County by the Daily Local News.

In addition to her legal practice, Katie actively engages in numerous professional organizations. She is a board member for the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI) Foundation and for the Women Influencing Business (WIB) Council. She is on the Executive Leadership Team for the Greater Philadelphia Salute to Women of Achievement March of Dimes (MOD), a Board Member for Plantation Field Equestrian Events, Inc., and a Committee Member for Willowdale Steeplechase.

She formally served as a Committee Member for the Home of the Sparrow, the Grants Allocation Committee, the Chester County Fund for Woman and Girls and was a former member of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry’s Emerging Leaders Committee and Chester County Chamber Foundation’s Youth Leadership Program.
