Lamb McErlane Partner Dawson R. Muth and Paralegal Hillary Heebner Moderate and Present at DCCC Spring Legal Studies and Paralegal Program on Personal Injury
Lamb McErlane partner Dawson Rich Muth and paralegal Hillary Heebner moderated and presented at the 2026 DCCC Spring The Law Roundtable on Personal Injury and All That it Entails: Navigating Rights, Remedies, and Responsibilities. The program was hosted in collaboration with the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) and Delaware County Community College (DCCC).
This multi-disciplinary 2-credit CLE explored the legal landscape confronting individuals who suffer from bodily injury, illness, or physical/mental limitations, and how attorneys can assist clients in asserting their legal rights, navigating overlapping systems of law, and accessing appropriate benefits. Drawing from tort law, administrative law, employment law, education law, mental health, and disability rights, the panel provided a broad and practical overview of the legal remedies and challenges associated with injury and disability.
Other speakers included Jeffrey Burke, partner at MacElree Harvey, Christopher M. Fox, attorney at Gross & Kenny, LLP., and Jamie Hall, founder of the Law Office of Jamie R. Hall. Nilufar A. Jamir, Director of the Legal/Paralegal Studies Program at DCCC, provided an introduction and coordinated the program along with Lauren Shea of the CCBA.
