Lamb McErlane Attorneys Katayoun M. Copeland and Dawson R. Muth Secure Favorable Outcome for Client in DUI Matter

Lamb McErlane attorneys Katayoun M. Copeland and Dawson R. Muth received a positive outcome for their client in a matter involving an alleged refusal of a blood test following a suspected Driving Under the Influence (DUI). They challenged the Commonwealth’s charge of a refusal, which would have resulted in a one-year suspension of driving privileges for our client.  The Court agreed with our position, and the suspension imposed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) was rescinded.

This outcome reflects the diligent advocacy and commitment to achieving just results for our clients.
