Lamb McErlane Attorney Melissa Rheinstadter Accepted into the PBA’s Bar Leadership Institute

Lamb McErlane Attorney Melissa Rheinstadter has been accepted into the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) 2026-2027 Bar Leadership Institute (BLI), a prestigious program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within Pennsylvania’s legal profession.

The BLI invests in emerging young leaders, representing a broad cross-section of the diversity of the PBA membership, by providing a process to learn about the PBA while actively participating in key meetings. Participation in the BLI provides numerous opportunities to network with PBA members and leadership, including multiple meetings throughout the year. It helps build lasting relationships that will serve as an invaluable resource and inspire success.

The BLI develops well-informed, committed leaders who will serve the PBA for many years to come. It familiarizes participants with the day-to-day operation of the association, provides a foundation on governance and policy issues, and introduces the participants to PBA staff and resources.

To be selected, applicants must be a PBA member, age 40 years or younger, or have practiced law for five years or less and have demonstrated leadership ability. Melissa’s selection to the BLI reflects her commitment to professional excellence and leadership within the legal community.
