Lamb McErlane Attorney Li Shao Formally Admitted at Annual Law Day

Lamb McErlane PC associate Li Shao was officially admitted as an attorney on Law Day.

The ceremony was hosted by the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) on May 1, 2026. Each year, the CCBA holds an Admission Ceremony to welcome the next generation of attorneys, as part of the annual Law Day celebration. The Keynote Speaker was the Honorable David F. Bortner.

Lamb McErlane partner Christopher P. Gerber was Li’s sponsor at the event. He gave remarks in recognition of her dedication, hard work, and the importance of this important step in her legal career.

At Lamb McErlane Li is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, after having obtained a Ph.D. from the Ohio State University. During law school Li interned in the federal court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with the Honorable Mark A. Kearney. While pursuing her J.D. at Villanova, she was an editor of the Environmental Law Journal, worked in the law school’s Tax Clinic, and served as Treasurer of Villanova’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (VAPALSA).

Li is based at the Firm’s West Chester location.
