Lamb McErlane PC announces Chad T. Williams has joined the firm as a partner in its Business Law department. Chad brings extensive experience in investment banking, in-house corporate counsel and corporate private practice advising clients on corporate, commercial and transactional matters. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and advising senior management and boards of directors on matters relating to corporate governance, fiduciary duties, internal investigations, corporate finance and business dispute resolution.  In addition, Chad represents investors in connection with structuring, negotiating and financing real estate and other investment transactions.

Chad earned his JD from Widener University School of Law and his BA from Franklin & Marshall College. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Delaware.  Chad will practice out of the firm’s West Chester, PA location.
