Lamb McErlane PC Of Counsel Bob Alston Presents at the Chester County Bar Association’s Joint Meeting of the Employment Law & ADR Sections

Robert (Bob) Alston, of counsel at Lamb McErlane PC presented to the Chester County Bar Association’s (CCBA)  joint meeting of the Employment law & ADR sections on the American Arbitration Association and hearing practices in employment cases.  He gave a historical perspective of arbitrations, spoke of current situation & rules, discussed drafting an arbitration clause and trying an employment case in private arbitration.

Bob concentrates his practice on the general business representation of clients from counseling through litigation; estate and succession planning for business owners and senior business executives and similar matters for individual clients. He also serves as an arbitrator for business and employment cases for the American Arbitration Association. Bob serves as one of the six Fellows of the College of Commercial Arbitrators in the five county greater Philadelphia area.  The College is a 240 member nationally, by-invitation of the existing members, an elite organization of many of the most experienced private Neutrals in the country.
